Top Choice Building Maintenance is a relatively new janitorial company but comes with over 25 years of janitorial experience from its leadership. The two owners have been affiliated with the janitorial field for over 25 years. We have experienced, fully trained supervisors, floor techs and cleaning staff, who are also EVS certified. A majority of our staff has been employed with one of the owners for over 7 years.

This company was started to provide excellent service, satisfaction and value; not just the same old, run of the mill janitorial service. We treat our employees as a family. Their hourly pay is above industry standards and our retention is excellent. As an added bonus, we also own a staffing company so no more missed cleans or late emergency responses.
